The area to be treated will be cleansed thoroughly and a topical anesthetic will be applied to ease any discomfort associated with the treatment. After the treatment you will have a mild sunburn sensation that may last a few hours; redness and swelling will vary depending on your skin and may vary from treatment to treatment. Swelling will usually resolve in a couple of days and you may have a pinkish tone to your skin for five to seven days. This is a normal sign that tells us your treatment was effective and deep into the tissue and your skin is healing.
